Project Scope

One of the greatest needs of our client was a project with total and automated control integrating the feeding of the three french bread and sweet bread lines.

All plant control takes place through the supervisory system, reducing the need for labor, increasing process quality due to lower operational variability and increasing plant productivity to its maximum production capacity in accordance with project execution.

Big-bag reception module

Comprising two big-bag unloaders fed by hoist and monorail, with a suction system using a relief filter with exhaust fan and noise attenuator, preventing pollution of the environment after opening the bag.

Flour cleaning and control module

Cleaning module with safety sieve and magnetic grid designed for quick cleaning, thus preventing the passage of impurities into the system, we also have the possibility of adapting a insect destroyer, promoting an even higher level of food safety.

Transportation takes place by means of screw conveyors and a pneumatic conveying line dimensioned to prevent leaks and any accumulation of product in the line.

 

Scale for dosing system

Innovative concept for dosing scale with synchronized weighing and unloading module, complete with suction system to reduce measurement variability to minimum values, its design speeds up the process and avoids downtime in operation.

Microingredient storage, extraction, dosing and weighing module

Composed of electronic dosing scales with extraction and dosing system for variations <1%, buffer silo scale and pneumatic vacuum transport line, preventing the admission of high temperature and humidity into the line.
