The speed of the feed roll is automatically controlled by a sensor present in the feed box that sends a signal to the feed roll drive motor through a CLP and according to the level of the product in the feed box, promoting a perfect and uniform feeding of product onto the grinding rollers.
The feeding chamber protection can be easily removed and dismantled, simplifying inspection of the product inlet and also cleaning when necessary, the equipment also allows full access to the hygiene of all surfaces, including stainless steel that will be in contact with the product, they guarantee efficient product flow, thus preventing unwanted agglomeration regions.
Its operating principle is based on two rollers that rotate around their own axis and open and rupture the grain when it passes between them.
