The product (oats) is fed from the top of the equipment, passing through the rotor that has channels designed to direct the grains, which are launched against the impact rubber that separates the shell from the grain.
The impact rubber is supported by the oscillating cam that varies its position, ensuring uniform wear and full use of the rubber.
The husks along with the grains are extracted in the lower part of the equipment.
Its operating principle starts with a rotor that rotates and throws the product against the impact rubber, thus segregating the shell from the desired final product. The rotor is aligned with the ring for a horizontal impact providing efficient separation of the shell and core.
A dehuller above all Alignment of the rotor with the ring for impact at the ideal speed, developed for consistent segregation of the shell from the core and low percentage of breakage. Integrated oscillatory cam system The cam system together with its rotor promotes high efficiency in the segregation of fractions, all of which increases the useful life of the impact rubber as it wears it evenly throughout the process. Easy lid opening Simple access to the internal parts of the equipment for both cleaning and maintenance of the equipment, no tool, special or otherwise, is required to open the top cover. Centralization system The use of a precision-machined bushing system with ball bearings keeps the equipment always balanced, providing a long useful life for wear components.
Replacement parts in the shortest time, increase the product life cycle and the return on your investment.
