Oat dehuller

Description

The product (oats) is fed from the top of the equipment, passing through the rotor that has channels designed to direct the grains, which are launched against the impact rubber that separates the shell from the grain.

The impact rubber is supported by the oscillating cam that varies its position, ensuring uniform wear and full use of the rubber.

The husks along with the grains are extracted in the lower part of the equipment.

Operation principle

Its operating principle starts with a rotor that rotates and throws the product against the impact rubber, thus segregating the shell from the desired final product. The rotor is aligned with the ring for a horizontal impact providing efficient separation of the shell and core.
