The plansichter is a machine that plays an important role in the flour production process, it provides a large sifting area in a limited space. The sieving process is done according to the grinding diagram.

In the plansichter, the product comes from above through its inlets and is sieved in its internal modules, this operation being due to the rotary movement of the machine and gravity.
Its design allows selections of product types with different particle sizes that can be obtained in horizontally divided passages and vertically divided passages. The large number of overlapping sieves and their square shape also guarantee an effective sieving action, increasing the final classification yield.
The special and uniform structures of the sieves do not allow insects and moths to take shelter, thus ensuring the hygiene of the equipment.
