The machine is made up of two decks of sieves designed for each product and application, carrying vibratory movement generated by two motorvibrators that are coupled to a shaft with high resistance to the tensions generated, and has side springs that allow it to operate.
It also has a suction exhaust fan, the air flow is adjustable through the register installed in its upper part, it has a system in the product supply that distributes it homogeneously taking advantage of its entire operating area, it also has windows and openings for inspection and visualization of the operation.
In the stone separator, the product flows through the feeding chamber to the sieves through a uniform separation system, the lightest fraction of the product goes into suspension and is removed due to internal negative pressure, carrying out a first selection and thus eliminating dust and other products unwanted, even in the first sieve the lightest fraction of the grains is directed to a selection and in the lower sieve the stones of the same size as the grains and pieces of earth are separated and unloaded and the fraction of the heaviest grains follows the normal course of the product .
