The Wheat flow doser is used to unload silos when it is desired to mix different types of cereals with the same density.

This dispenser allows the removal of products for mixing in percentages from 5% to 100%, varying in 5% intervals.
With a nodular cast iron casing and covers and a carbon steel rotor with divisions that correspond to the desired dosage, it is driven indirectly by means of a gear motor, chain and gears, and has protection of the moving parts to meet safety standards.
It has a special rotor with several compartments, depending on the selection of the opening of the dividing plates (5%, 10%, 15%, 30% and 40%) and is configured, dosing the product in its direction of rotation and discharge.
Its most common application is in wheat milling diagrams.
