The big-bag and sack unloader is a discharge station used to unload and receive flour, bran and granulated products, sending the product to silos or directly to the processing system.

It has a deposit (hopper) that speeds up the process time as the system is fed by the product inside, has a sanitary finish with resistant support crosses and adapted for different big-bag models, you can opt for weighing in the “cradle” of the hopper according to the needs of each client.
Applicable for products with easy or difficult flow due to their vibratory movement, thanks to our expertise we can carry out the entire project and are able to transport both pneumatically and mechanically after product unloading.
It is widely used in industries where there is a need for reception in big-bags, such as in pre-mixing and flour mixing systems for breads and cakes and coffee and other grain processing systems.

Complete equipment in every way The MRB can be manufactured in carbon steel or stainless steel, the craddle suport is on rubber feet to prevent vibration passing through the structure. Complete exhaust system By adapting a pulse-jet relieve filter, eliminate the suspension of dust in the environment, avoiding pollution and reducing waste. Integrated weighing system Possibility of weighing directly on the receiving hopper cradle, with load cells strategically arranged to reduce measurement variability to minimum values. Vibration for continuous flow With an attached motor vibrator, we avoid product clumping and facilitate its flow. Easy access to open the big bag Door with quick closing clamp to facilitate opening the big-bag, the bag fits perfectly under the craddle. Monorail with hoist or forklift forks To feed the receiveing hopper, it is possible to choose between a monorail with electric hoist or adaptation forks for forklifts, depending on the operating needs. Optional access structure For difficult-to-access locations, a ladder with a platform can be adapted to the existing unloader structure.
