The fundamental principle of ventilation is to control the purity of the air, thus we induce the exchange of air by mechanical equipment, whether in grain reception hoppers or in the aspiration of equipment, to maintain a clean environment, guarantee non-explosive atmospheres or even for reusing fractions in the system.
+ Mobile flap system--- With an exclusive Coppi enclosure system, we eliminate much of the generation of dust above the reception hopper, facilitating collection at the bottom. With expertise we know the need for flow to maintain a depression, providing suction with high efficiency rates. At this stage, 75% to 85% of the suspended dust is already reduced. | ![]() |

Arrangement of catchers in the likely locations where dust and/or residue are most suspended. Layout and execution of the piping taking into account the maximum reduction of pressure losses. |

+ Some products already applied--- We are specialists in vacuum systems, with several projects spread out, we know that we can positively add to the plants where they are installed. | ![]() |
+ Why vacuum?---

+ Exhaust systems--- To vacuum a specific point that generates contaminants, you can rely on exhaust systems with catchers sized and strategically directed over these points. You can also opt for hoods to capture larger areas, which suck in gases from one or more processes. In this case, you choose to install them in the upper part of the room, taking advantage of the upward movement of the gases belonging to the process. | ![]() |
+ Air supply systems--- In controlled systems where higher air quality and constant supply are required, for example, for machines that require flow for correct operation, inflation can be chosen. It works to extract air from the external atmosphere, passing through bag filters fixed to a self-supporting structure, transported through ducts and sucked by exhaust fans that provide the high air flow required. This controlled air is then distributed through slits, grilles or nozzles to the internal environment, in order to provide the necessary air flow for each floor and environment. | ![]() |
